Why companies should focus on educating the next generation on careers in manufacturing and in the fastener industry as viable pathway for success. The workplace is changing rapidly, making it imperative that companies develop innovative ways to educate and prepare students for the demands of an increasingly global economy. Engaging students with all the possibilities available in manufacturing careers, as early as Elementary School, is imperative in order to close the gap we are currently facing in the work force.
